Online Returns Policy

Can I return my products?

Paul Reader Snow Sports will happily offer you an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. Products must be in unused, saleable condition with original tags, stickers and packaging intact. Returns will be denied without proof of purchase documentation. 

Can I return sale items?

Products advertised as on sale are not eligible for refund, however they can be exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase. This applies to both in-store and online orders.

What if my product was shipped to me?

If your product was shipped to you, the cost of shipping is non-refundable unless required under Australian law. If your package takes longer than 14 days to arrive, you will have 7 days from the arrival date of your package to return the products.

You are responsible for the cost and security of return shipping if you choose to post the product to us. Paul Reader Snow Sports will not accept your return if a shipping label has been attached directly to the product packaging. 

What can’t I return?

The following items are excluded from this policy, and cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Ski boots 
  • Snowboard boots
  • Skis that have had bindings mounted onto them
  • Snowboards that have had bindings mounted onto them
  • Gift Vouchers

What if I paid with AfterPay?

Purchases made with AfterPay incur a 5% surcharge if you choose to refund the product. Therefore you will receive a full refund minus 5% of the total transaction. This does not apply to faulty products.

Things to remember

Paul Reader Snow Sports reserves the right to deny any return unless required under Australian law. All returns will be processed once the product has been returned to our flagship store at Shop 1, 83 York Street, Sydney 2000, NSW.

In Store Returns Policy

Can I return my products?

What can’t I return?

Products that are pre-ordered or advertised as on sale are not eligible for refund, however they can be exchanged or credited. Products that are special ordered are not refundable, exchangeable or creditable.

The following items are excluded from this policy, and cannot be returned unless applicable under Australian law:

  • Ski boots 
  • Snowboard boots
  • Skis that have had bindings mounted onto them

  • Gift Vouchers

How To Return Your Items

Returning in store

Bring your items in store and chat with one of our team members. Make sure to bring along your proof of purchase and ensure the product meets our return requirements. Your refund, exchange or credit will be processed in store; please note the funds transfer can take up to a week to process.

Returning online

Please package your items and post them to our store at Shop 1, 83 York Street, Sydney 2000, NSW Australia. Ensure the way you package the items meets our returns requirements. Inside the package, please include a proof of purchase and a note describing your reason for return. This can be as simple as “it didn’t fit”! If this is difficult, feel free to email us and organise the return.

Once we have received your package we will endeavour to process your return quickly; please allow up to three days. Once the return is complete we will issue you a refund, exchange or credit; please note the funds transfer can take up to a week to process.
