Paul Reader has specialized only in snow sports for over 60 years and has set the benchmark as the premier snow sports store in Australia. As Australia’s longest operating family own snow sports store, Paul Reader has more experience than anyone in fitting equipment, clothing and boots. Our policy has always been to offer the best service and quality at the most competitive prices. Paul Reader has stayed at the cutting edge of snow sports buy always putting the customer first and guaranteeing we will replace, repair or refund any product we sell if it fails to perform during normal use or time, or it is defective in any way.

At Paul Reader Snow Sports, we have a high tech, fully serviced workshop with trained technicians for repairs and maintenance of ski and snowboard equipment. Please allow a reasonable lead-time especially for major work.


If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase due to faulty workmanship or materials we will refund, exchange, repair or offer a store credit. Paul Reader Snow Sports guarantees all services and products offered in our outlets within Australia. We cannot warranty goods without proof of purchase or those outside the warranty period laid down by manufacturer. Once goods leave our store/warehouse, if they are damaged, lost or stolen during transit it is the responsibility of Freight Company. Please do not return damaged merchandise to us until you have first contacted our customer service department on 02 92623398 or for advice.

Returns & Exchanges

We are more than happy to exchange or offer a Paul Reader Snow Sports store credit if you change your mind on the purchase. We do not refund any items sold in store or online due to change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from date of purchase and must be in pristine condition in original packaging with swing tags attached. No returns or exchanges are available on Sale items, or items without proof of purchase documentation. All charges associated with the secure return of goods are the responsibility of buyer.

Online Orders

Stock quantities may not be updated by the time of purchase, and therefore an item can be out of stock. If you purchase an item we no longer have in stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative or a full refund. Thank you for your understanding!
