How do warranties work?

If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase due to faulty workmanship or materials we will coordinate a warranty with the brand on your behalf. In line with Australian Consumer Law the manufacturing brand may decide to refund, repair or replace the item at their own discretion.

We cannot warranty goods without proof of purchase or those outside the warranty period laid down by manufacturer. See below for steps on how to claim a warranty.

Step 2: Check the product meets warranty requirements

You cannot claim a warranty under user error, so make sure the damage you are claiming is a manufactures defect. Only products still within the warranty period laid down by their manufacturer can be claimed; you can usually check this online.

Step 2: Send us an email with the required information

Once you’re happy the product is fit for a warranty claim, take several photos of the damage and email it to us alongside your proof of purchase. Provide context as to when and where the damage occurred so we can pass this on to the manufacturer. You can send the email to sales@paulreader.com.au.

Step 3: Await further instructions

We will reply to your email with next steps as we send the warranty information over to the manufacturer. Please do not send us your product until we have confirmed a warranty claim with the brand.
