Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia (exceptions apply).

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders below $200 incur a flat rate standard shipping cost of $10 (exceptions apply).

Express Shipping

Express shipping fees vary. Note that we cannot guarantee how quickly your parcel will get to you, so please ensure adequate time before your snow trip to get your gear.

Handling

We endeavour to get each and every package out the door by the next business day the order is placed. Please allow up to two business days handling time during peak season.

Bulky Item Exceptions

Bulky items incur a shipping fee of $39.99. Bulky items include bulky luggage, ski & snowboard bags, ski poles, skis and snowboards.

In rare circumstances, we may request further shipping fees for your order. Generally, this occurs in cases where bulky items are being sent to remote areas. In this circumstance, you will be given the opportunity to cancel or revise your order.
